Despite its name, at RATS CORP. there is no contact with rats or other animals.

Unfortunately we cannot allow animals access to our facilities.

The room itself has a maximum duration of 60 minutes but you have to add about 10 more minutes for the presentation.

As long as the number of 6 players in the Escape Room is not exceeded, yes. The amount added by the extra players will be paid locally.

As long as there are at least 2 players, yes. The difference can only be paid at the venue and through the same payment method used to make the reservation.

Comfortable shoes and clothing that allow participants to move freely through all areas of the Escape Room are recommended but not essential.

Yes, RATS CORP. is designed so that people with reduced mobility can participate without modifying any element of the game.

Once the game time has elapsed, even if the team has not managed to leave or achieve the objective, the session will end.

If someone feels sick or overwhelmed, they can leave the Escape Room at any time by notifying the gamemaster or directly through the emergency door. There is also a panic button always available.

Punctuality is requested as the session must start at the exact time of the reservation so that the rest of the sessions are not delayed.

It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes in advance. If the participants arrive more than 15 minutes late, the time will start counting. If they arrive more than half an hour late, the session will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

This activity does not admit cancellations. A reservation, however, can be modified (date, time or number of participants), as long as the changes are made 72 hours before the reservation at the latest.

This is a totally secure room. There is always someone controlling the game. If a player feels sick or gets overwhelmed, they just have to say so and the game will stop. In addition, there is a panic button through which all doors are unlocked and the exit can be accessed quickly by following the “SALIDA DE EMERGENCIA” (EMERGENCY EXIT) signs.

There are never more than 10 people on the premises at the same time. We have an adequate ventilation system so that the air is constantly renewed. After each session, the entire room and decorations are cleaned and disinfected. We have hydroalcoholic gel always available for staff and players. The group of players must arrive on time and will not be allowed to enter the premises until
the group is complete. If some player has any symptoms, please do not attend the experience as entry will not be admitted for the good of the rest of the group and workers.
